Under high temperatures, the workshop staff used hard-working hands and hard sweat to add to the production schedule. Taking into account the physical condition of employees in hot weather, the company also attaches great importance to the current work against high-temperature wars, people-oriented, deep into the front line, carry out various forms of heatstroke prevention and cooling activities, the union also launched a series of care measures under high temperature. By adjusting the schedule, employees are allowed to avoid the high temperature during the afternoon, fully rest, and daily release of mineral water, popsicles, fruits and other heatstroke prevention products to provide logistical support for employees.

Everywhere in the production workshop are their busy figures. They fighting high temperatures, fighting the heat, earnestly checking, fine production, sticking to their posts, fulfilling their duties, conscientiously, demonstrating their spirit and dedication with their own practical actions.
